MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend.Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing.UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone.Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.

The owner of this company Jumper Media kept my payment, and never paid me. Two years later in July 2024, the owner of Jumper Media offered to send me $1,000.00 via Venmo, to DELETE my BAD YELP REVIEW. I took the $980.11 that Jumper Media sent me via Venmo. Then, four days later the OWNER OF JUMPER MEDIA, yanked that money back, and Venmo took the $980.11 out of my bank account! He had purchased insurance on my payment of $1,000.00 to delete the bad yelp review because I was never paid for a job 2.5 years later! SO HE said he didn't like my services and got $1,000.00 back on his Amex and then $1,000.00 back via Venmo. Venmo took the $980.00 out of my bank account four days later!!! And now leaving my with a $1,000.00 debt that I owe to Venmo. All due to this JUMPER MEDIA!!!!! Bec the owner of this company got insurance on his venmo transaction with me. I edited my review and he still kept the $1,000.00. So not only was I out $2,800.00 for the job Client flew me out to do, and I delivered my images to night of. But now I am out another $1,000.00 due to this Jumper Media VENMO DEBT!!!!!! Leaving me with $3,800.00 out of pocket. I would never ever recommend working with this company!!! Luckily one month ago, I was able to get a hold of the CLIENT and they finally paid me my original price from the job and my Professional Photography Services from 2.5 years ago. The CLIENT said JUMPER MEDIA paid me. But it was a lie!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE copyright Infringement case!!!! THEY ( JUMPER MEDIA ) LIED!!! The client was using my image
