When we first met Bake, we were quite wary. We thought that, after all, for 15 years we'd been doing it ourselves and had always found the ideas and skills to communicate with our clients and associates internally.Then, almost against our will, they created a new logo and a coordinated graphic design for all our publications, presentations, images, reels, and anything else we could think of.It took us no more than ten minutes to decide to adopt the new logo, despite our affection for the old one.Furthermore, without ever lecturing us, they began to explain and make us understand the effectiveness of intelligent communication through media and the web and how easy it is to throw money away without achieving results.They expertly follow us on social media and constantly monitor our results. They're always ready to create new graphics or develop new ideas. I must confess that sometimes I'm a little afraid to share even a half-baked idea, because the next day Daniele or Massimiliano send me proposals for how to implement it.To close with a metaphor, I must admit that communicating with Bake Agency's expertise today allows us to effectively reach and communicate with our potential clients, making the most of the available media. In our case it didn't go very well, we paid almost €1,000 for web optimization work and we didn't really see any improvement even though they continually told us that the website improved in loading and performance, some tasks were done that we didn't really understand and They did not have an impact on results or they did not show us that this was the case. We spent more than a month sending reports, error data, answering everything they asked of us but nothing.Finally we had to expand the hosting services to obtain some improvement, after a few interventions kiwop no longer took care of anything else.To this day we do not know what was done, nor evidence that the website improved in any aspect, I am not saying that it was not done, but rather that we do not know what was done and how it had an impact on the website (to this day we continue to have serious problems web performance).Of course, they always answered and the treatment was friendly and professional.
