Next month.When I submitted a formal nine-section evidence package drawn from BRJ's own contracts and internal records, their response was to propose continuing the retainer at $995 per month to complete the outstanding contracted work. Every item in that proposal was already in the original contract. That proposal was their own written admission that eight months of billing had not delivered what was contracted.When I declined and requested a refund, their formal written response claimed the Scope of Work was fully executed. Their own internal documents list the same deliverables as outstanding in April 2026 that were marked complete throughout the engagement. Both documents are BRJ's.
