When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. If I was to describe Joseph in 1 word, it would be "conscientious." He gave his all to my project; and even when I was satisfied with it, he said it could be better, and he reworked some aspects of it to make it better. I highly recommend him!
