We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have. Most recently we had a problem with our Google accounts. We couldn’t get direct help from Google very easily but Antoine was there to give us assistance even though our problem didn’t have anything to do with his business. We would highly recommend.

Upon contacting Zehlm, they responded quickly and professionally to my needs and questions. We were able to get a newly refreshed website with email and all for a better cost per year than my last web provider. My website is small but I have a good customer group that I have had over 5 years. I don't do fancy but just the basics with communication posts and a quarterly newsletter.
