We were advised by AIT to migrate to a new server for security purposes by a salesperson who failed to advise us of the vulnerabilities our aging website would be exposed to by this server "upgrade" or provide any instruction for using it. Our site was attacked and effectively destroyed by malware within a few months of being moved to the new server AIT recommended, after +/- 20 years of malware-free hosting on the previous server. AIT has provided no back-ups or support or compensation for their actions.

Upon contacting Zehlm, they responded quickly and professionally to my needs and questions. My website is small but I have a good customer group that I have had over 5 years. I don't do fancy but just the basics with communication posts and a quarterly newsletter. We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have.
