Joshua Lee worked with us for several weeks, starting with brand research all the way to a completely new logo, brand identity, and branding guide. Joshua stayed with the project, even though there was a lot of pushback and hesitancy from stakeholders on the direction to go in, partly because the old brand identity had so much equity. Joshua was very communicative and was able to explain the science behind branding and why we needed to make a change, which helped get buy-in from leadership. After exploring dozens of different directions the brand identity, we landed on one that just clicked. It was simple, memorable, unique, and also borrowed some elements from the old brand identity, so the rebranding felt more like a natural evolution, rather than a complete rehaul. This was just what BoxHouse needed. We were able to launch a new website and branded materials with the new brand identity, which is helping the company as we enter a new stage of growth. I definitely recommend working with the Big Red Jelly team! During the entire rebranding process, they really operated as an extension of our team, and was great at listening and taking feedback, while also challenging us just a bit so we could land on something that we didn't know we needed at the beginning.

That is the full extent of what I can recommend.$16,610 paid across a website build and eight-month SEO programme. When the structural failures emerged commercial content hidden from search engines from day one, a broken contact form for four months, core deliverables marked complete in their own system that had never been done the pattern became consistent and never changed. Friendly responses. Reassurance. Deferral. Not in scope. Next month.When I submitted a formal nine-section evidence package drawn from BRJ's own contracts and internal records, their response was to propose continuing the retainer at $995 per month to complete the outstanding contracted work. Every item in that proposal was already in the original contract. That proposal was their own written admission that eight months of billing had not delivered what was contracted.When I declined and requested a refund, their formal written response claimed the Scope of Work was fully executed. Their own internal documents list the same deliverables as outstanding in April 2026 that were marked complete throughout the engagement. Both documents are BRJ's. Both cannot be true.Not one specific failure was acknowledged. Not one item of evidence was addressed.Mistakes happen in every agency engagement. What defines an agency is what they do when mistakes are documented and presented. This agency's answer across every avenue, verbal and written was to engage with none of it.Before signing, ask specifically what accountability looks like when contracted work is not delivered. That answer matters more than anything in the sales process.

My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company.I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste.Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical.I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

Basically, we wanted to position our business for long-term growth but felt there were a lot of IT-related ‘intricacies’ that we were doing wrong. The growth report helped us identify where we were currently doing things wrong, research and understand the best IT-related practices, obtain valuable links and examples, and improve our customer interactions. We are working through the report ourselves as we wanted to research and understand the recommendations (Joshua provided quoted services to action the growth report). On the IT side of the business - without the report, we just fumbled along and discovered things as we made mistakes – or made mistakes we weren’t even aware of! There is a lot of information out there about how to do things right – often contradicting themselves – the report has just allowed us to cut through all that and focus on IT aspects that will help grow the business.

I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch. The quality of services is unacceptable and I'm completely disappointed in falling for the overpromise under deliver. I honestly feel ripped off at this point, so proceed with caution!

When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. I ended up legal with this company and had to take the code to an actual company here in US where I have spend an enormous amount of money to fix the horrible code. I was even told by the new company that the code is the absolute worst code they have ever seen.
