We first worked with TechHub in 2023 on a software development project and had a very positive experience with their team’s technical capability, communication, and delivery quality. When we decided to build a more advanced AI and IoT platform this year, we returned to TechHub to set up a dedicated Offshore Development Center (ODC) team of 8 engineers. This project involved complex requirements around AI integration, IoT systems, and processing large-scale structured and semi-structured data. Initially, we considered a mixed delivery model with both Vietnam and India teams. However, after multiple technical discussions, architecture reviews, and candidate interviews, we were impressed by the quality of engineers provided by TechHub and decided to build the entire dedicated team with them. The Colored Girls Museum has now worked with Creative Repute Design Agency on several high visibility projects . Including Custom Wallpaper designed by Nile Livingston which took center stage at Philadelphia Airport backing our installation (Sit A Spell ) which was on view for nine months. The inspiration for the wallpaper came from Niles postcard design for our show The One Room Schoolhouse . We loved the design so much we created other merch around it . At present the wallpaper can be seen at The Colored Girls Museum in the Colored Boys Room. Most recently Creative Repute turned around the poster appearing soon at Mother Bethel which is the kick off location for The Tribute to The 7th Ward Legacy Reclaimed . Walking Tour . Always a pleasure to work with Nile and her team . Excellent customer service , beautiful design work .Most important to us intuitive and client centered approach to graphic design that exceeds what we can imagine when we approach them with a sketch of an idea. Hire them ! Bonus fact Nile Livingston is one of the portrait Artist at The Colored Girls Museum , now also on view at Mother Bethel.

I am sad to say that I do not share the enthusiasm of the other reviewers. Mr. Stirling did an excellent job of marketing his services and prompting me to call. My company had contracted with another company to build a new website and never finished it. After some discussion with Thomas, he estimated the cost to finish was $2000. I have the agreement that states this. Unfortunately, $2000 ended up fixing one page only. He claimed that there were too many broken links to finish the job. Of course he was happy to continue work for a lot more money. Rather than insist that he finish it for the original amount agreed upon, I simply requested that we do our best on our end and that we ask a question or two as we progressed. Mr. Sterling became belligerent and accused me of trying to wangle free services. He then shut down our website (fortunately not live) until we paid in full. I will say that the staff under Mr. Sterling were delightful to work with. Unfortunately the unprofessional attitude of their boss made for a terrible experience.

My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered. Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output. When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve. Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!
