Kaizen Apps is developing a mobile app for us. We provided information to jump start the project, and they gave us samples of similar projects they've done to give us an idea of what to expect. They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100-pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope.  After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish. Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect. They've also connected us to other parties that can help us.

My experience with Xtrem design house and downtown applications was worse. Adam knight, Randoph, Micheal and Dudley drove me crazy. Three projects, one a delivery application, second a bill payment application(not even the alpha version done)and an online academy. $11000, $6000 and $4500. None was done from January 2021 to December 2022. I did not get any money back from them except the files. Adan knight continued to ask for money and gave arguments that the unique developer had his daughter sick. The backend was a mess. I filled claims against them but they never responded to the better business bureau .com. The result is now I am seeing the follow of my application same as someone else application. They were nice until they started wrong things. I am fighting actually to correct these projects. Just be careful with them and dont let them fool you with the nice things. My project PORTER had to be rebranded because even 3 months work Micheal to run the SEO, they agreed to the name PORTER, but there was a company in India with THE PORTER has a trademark. That company sent a note to change the name but Adam knight kept it and gave it to me 2 months later. The painful is the bill payment app. We started the project in December 2021. To November 2022 we were at the alpha version with a payment of $6000 done.
