Without a doubt, an excellent experience. The project was followed down to the smallest detail, from the initial explanation of our needs to the perfect import of the vast amount of data we had in a thousand Excel spreadsheets. Delivery was very quick, even a few days earlier than expected (which was, after all, a very short timeframe). Immediate post-sales support for the countless changes that annoying customers like me require. The Colored Girls Museum has now worked with Creative Repute Design Agency on several high visibility projects . Including Custom Wallpaper designed by Nile Livingston which took center stage at Philadelphia Airport backing our installation (Sit A Spell ) which was on view for nine months. The inspiration for the wallpaper came from Niles postcard design for our show The One Room Schoolhouse . We loved the design so much we created other merch around it . At present the wallpaper can be seen at The Colored Girls Museum in the Colored Boys Room. Most recently Creative Repute turned around the poster appearing soon at Mother Bethel which is the kick off location for The Tribute to The 7th Ward Legacy Reclaimed . Walking Tour . Always a pleasure to work with Nile and her team . Excellent customer service , beautiful design work .Most important to us intuitive and client centered approach to graphic design that exceeds what we can imagine when we approach them with a sketch of an idea. In our case it didn't go very well, we paid almost €1,000 for web optimization work and we didn't really see any improvement even though they continually told us that the website improved in loading and performance, some tasks were done that we didn't really understand and They did not have an impact on results or they did not show us that this was the case. We spent more than a month sending reports, error data, answering everything they asked of us but nothing. Finally we had to expand the hosting services to obtain some improvement, after a few interventions kiwop no longer took care of anything else. To this day we do not know what was done, nor evidence that the website improved in any aspect, I am not saying that it was not done, but rather that we do not know what was done and how it had an impact on the website (to this day we continue to have serious problems web performance). Of course, they always answered and the treatment was friendly and professional.

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice. More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.
