Both apps were made together. There was a call every week, so nobody had to keep asking where things stood. Work finished on time. What stayed with us is how much attention went into the price screen. That one screen decides whether a seller trusts us or walks away, and they treated it that way. They also told us our condition questions were too long and asked to cut them down, which helped a lot. Not everything was smooth. The Android app fell behind for a while and a few screens had to be redone, and our own testing caught it before theirs did. Still, both apps run well and the job was done properly.

Weekend support is slow though. One fix stayed pending till Monday because of that. Still, for a mining business, having a clear record of every truck is a big help.
