Despite putting my best foot forward and performing exceptionally well during the interview, I was rejected by a team that seemed to lack a basic understanding of the technologies they were evaluating candidates for. This experience highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and competence within the interviewing panel. The individuals who interviewed me didn't even have a basic understanding of Spring Boot and the MVC flow. When I attempted to explain these concepts to them, they laughed at me.
