Account health back to "good" within 60 days. Zero suspensions in 8 months despite a Brand Registry IP complaint that came in around month 3 (they handled it without it ever escalating).The thing that's different is the cadence. They run a Tuesday account health meeting on every account, address every notification within 72 hours, and treat inventory reorder math as a marketing variable not a finance variable.
