We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Jerry swooped in and did an amazing job. Instant film was completed and sent over the night of the wedding. Ceremony film was done within the week. Amazing turnaround speed and fantastic quality. Praxis... What can I say about this company? Well, as an outside contractor (photographer) who has had the pleasure of working with them on various projects and activations for many years I can tell you that they're one of my favorite clients and working with them has allowed me to provide photos for some really top shelf clients. First off, they all have SUCH a great attitude and personality, from the account managers to the accounting team, and right up to the bosses, and I'm always looking forward working with the team because of this. The events/activations they put together are like no other, the attention to detail, the venue selection, the food that goes with their pairing menus, everything is always so very well thought out, designed with a keen eye for detail, and perfectly executed. Lastly, as a contractor, never had issues with payments, always on time, and the communication is bar none. I give them a 5/5, if I could give them a 10/5 I would, and if I were on the other side of the fence looking for the best PR firm for my brand, I'd be knocking on the Praxis PR door.

We commissioned iFour to design and develop our portal. We agreed on a three month project length which was based on a detailed specification that went down to the various elements on the specific pages. They came up with a project plan that would see the project completed within this time frame. We made it clear in our initial meetings with iFour and in our specification, what kind of design we wanted, however, the their initial designs looked like something that was prepared in haste in a couple of hours and without much bearing on our requirements. In addition, straight from the get go, iFour were falling late of their targets and ended up skipping wireframing altogether to get back on track. All during the project, the quality of the work left a lot to be desired and we had to correct certain aspects we thought a designer would be aware of such as homogeneity of design elements, spacing of elements and other basic design aspects. Seven months into the (three month) project, the company starting being very evasive replying to our requests for progress updates and finally abandoned the project at the end of that month, having barely completed the design phase, let alone the HTML development. Their justification was that they underestimated the amount of work required, however this is hardly an excuse given the level of specification we provided. Given their shoddy performance, it is hard to believe that there was any serious commitment from their part to the project. We paid for a substantial part of the project as a deposit, yet they never delivered any of the deliverables associated with the design that was completed. We made a substantial financial loss apart from the time lost trying to work with this company. Based on our abysmal experience with iFour as well as the financial loss we incurred we discourage anyone from entrusting them with their web design or development requirements.

Apologies for grammar but had to get this one off my chest. Wow yeah to the post above about click depot selling your data to spammers and scammers that I can confirm. I own an exterior house cleaning biz and it’s it’s been crickets for literally 6 months because they don’t know how to do their job. Oh and Being a customer for over 5 years btw and Lookin at them as a great company until they started to having people work for them that clearly have no idea what they are doing. What an idiot I was thinkin I could trust them again. So Back in Nov last year they had the wrong email address linked to my website for the estimate requests that I missed out on for over 3 months.after talking with them about tryin to get the scammers and spam requested removed from my estimate request link that was my bread and butter to my website for customers to get hold of me was completely ruined. Lost tons of clients. By the way. Ruined my reputation, I politely Asked them to fix it months ago and they told me they did well well well. Months later and remember this nonsense started in Nov of 23 still going to this day. It’s a damn good thing I do good work and have my regular clients that I appreciate and kept me afloat during this shizzz storm of a year that could’ve been completed avoided. Also I was thinkin it was slow biz time but nope they drop the ball on that. Didn’t even send over the requests that were submitted and missed out on because they weren’t being sent to me. I’ve paid these people a good amount of money. Trust me and been super patient. I call in with a complaint because well i mean how can you not…. I mean all I can do is complain at this point in time. And trust me they didn’t get me rich been beans and rice over here. So yeah If your looking to get screwed over after years of biz and sell your data and I’m sure my customers data to scammers. Yeah look no further. Call the click depot. Yeah I didn’t give you 500$ a month for like 3 years for you to sell my data.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially was in contact with Neil who claims to be the owner of the business. I was then told with the new website and the ad services that I could expect to see 5-10x the amount of customers I currently had. After almost a year of using Click Depot I have received 0 new customers. None. The project manager that was assigned to me, Heather, called me once and then never returned phone calls after that. I tried calling Neil twice in the fall and didn’t get an answer either time. After 6 months of no contact from anybody at all from the company I assumed I had been tricked by a fake company and took responsibility for that. However today Neil decided to call me and say there was an issue with ad service billing. 6 months since last contact and I get a call trying to act like he had no idea what was going on with anything. Heather had apparently been let go because of things similar to my own situation and nobody decided to ever call to continue working with me in my own project. Would run as far away from Neil and this company as possible. They didn’t do a single thing they promised they would do. Website still isn’t complete. Still has bugs and errors. No customers have come in from website or Google ads. 0. None. Terribly managed company that lies to customers to get their money.
