When The Chiofaro Company wanted to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their renowned property International Place, they turned to KHJ for help. What could we do to honor this iconic Boston landmark that has been the centerpiece of our skyline for 30 years? An event or ad seemed too predictable and unworthy. Our solution was a stylized coffee table book; a special keepsake for tenants past and present. So after the Anniversary was over, the celebration of International Place would live on.
Because of its unique design, International Place is a timeless gem that is still cutting edge today. So we wanted our book to tell the property’s history while showcasing its relevance today. Our narrative focused on what makes International Place as efficient and awe-inspiring today as it did 30 years ago: its distinctive blend of aesthetic beauty and architectural innovation.We titled the book “360 Unique, Celebrating 30 Years of Art and Science”. 70 pages of stunning photography and prose captured the visual splendor and architectural brilliance at every level, from every angle. The final chapter highlighted some of International Place’s current tenants and how they leveraged the art and science to create their ideal work environment.

Oaxaca Taqueria is a regional restaurant with 15 locations throughout New York City emphasizing Mexican food made with organic, locally sourced ingredients.
The client reached out to CBC to request assistance in growing its brand and making it more recognizable within the New York City area.
CBC developed relationships with a number of food influencers who were interested and excited to share information about Oaxaca with their followings.
In addition, the CBC coordinated an in-store influencer marketing event targeting vegan influencers, inviting them to sample the restaurant’s newly-launched vegan menu and offering free promotional codes for all influencers to share with their followers.
More than two dozen influencers shared positive posts about Oaxaca pertaining to both the event and the restaurant's offerings.

FOUNDRY and BUMBLE spread the love throughout the streets of Berlin with a 360 campaign. With over 40 million users in 160 countries, Bumble is not only fastest growing dating app today, but the first one of its kind where “women make the first move.”BUMBLE not only provides a platform for dating and finding love, users can also use the app to expand their network of awesome people by choosing between three categories: “dating,” “friendship” and “business.”We created a campaign specific to Berlin, where billboards were placed in strategically selected locations around the city.At the core of the headline campaign are apt references targeted towards audiences between the ages of 18 and 35. The messages play to specific and local stereotypes of different Berlin neighborhoods while addressing such topics as dating, friendships, business and especially female empowerment.
Foundry was responsible for the entire media campaign which included making sure the billboards were
placed in the most suitable locations in Berlin.

Client's goal was to create a unique story telling viral campaign that also speaks to the core values of the Yandy.com brand.Design GoalsWe want to maximize the outreach and show a combination of lingerie and costumes. We tell three different stories that capture the mood and design tone, building anticipation and delivering the message.
Script to Screen We understand each client and industry is different. We start by telling the story through illustrations. This gives our client the ability to see how each frame will feel and how it will look. Once we refine the design direction, the fun begins.
Success is Measured As expected, the videos went viral and became the most viewed videos in Yandy.com history. In less than one month, these videos garnered over a quarter million views and sales increased over 10% worldwide over last year.

CHALLENGERussell Athletic is a 100-year old athletic apparel & uniform brand needing a rebirth. Over the last two decades, Russell had become virtually invisible, losing market share to the marketing machines of Nike, Adidas, and UnderArmour.
Our goal was to reintroduce Russell Athletic to key decision-makers. The brand needed to increase awareness with this audience, gain relevance in their lives, and drive sales during the preseason period, all at a fraction of the marketing budget of competitors.
INSIGHTTeam. That is the one true sport. It transcends ages, levels and audiences. The benefits of team last long after one’s playing days are over. Born on the playing fields of America, Russell Athletic decided to take a stand to defend team sports.
SOLUTION To defend team sports, Russell didn’t sign a star or a champion. Instead, we partnered with the losers. In 2015, 101 high school football teams lost their state championship games by a touchdown or less. Russell chose six of these teams and helped them turn the one thing that haunted them from that loss into their ultimate motivation with the #SettleYourScore campaign.
#SettleYourScore, Russell had teams stare down that heartbreaking loss to come back stronger. And by shining a light on their journey, we conveyed universal truths of team to inspire a nationwide audience of athletes, coaches, and parents.
