Worst telephone answering services company. We ended up losing a client because a caregiver called in and their agents are not able to follow a simple call flow and they tried the patch to sales when sales are off on weekends. We tried calling and emailing them several times but they are super unresponsive. They are so bad that they don't even have someone to pick up the their phone when you call them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT try this service. Been with them over a year, grammatical errors on every call. Over billing/charging (sending duplicates). When I switched and tried to cancel, I was told there would be 1 more month of charges, for NO service. Horrible customer service. VERY poor service and customer service/retention.
