This is not a reputable or honorable company. They said it would take about two months to finish the site. Five months later the site was not finished and Mr Bilawal emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected Mr Bilawal stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project.
When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

The app will notify and remind users to follow the routine. Admin will be able to manage everything performed on the platform from the Back-end Panel.
In the beginning, Urban Software & Web Development would provide XD designs, and we had regular virtual meetings to understand my concepts/designs. We also operated off Monday.com, email, and Google docs/sheets. Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.
Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones.
Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics.
I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

I hired Urban Software & Web Development to develop a mobile app from start to finish. Urban Software will play music to your ears right from the start and promise you the world. They will also claim they have a full team in US along with a corporate office (that you'll initially meet in to go over your project)
However, once you sign the contract and start developing, you'll soon realize that Mack is the only person in the company that is here in US, he also works from home while he farms all the work off shore to extremely unskilled so called developers.
Mack is extremely good at making you feel like everything is going to plan, when in actual fact you are losing months and years of your life while flushing your money down the drain. I ended up legal with this company and had to take the code to an actual company here in US where I have spend an enormous amount of money to fix the horrible code. I was even told by the new company that the code is the absolute worst code they have ever seen. The list goes on but I'll leave it here for now.
Please do yourself a favor and don't fall into Mack sales tactics. I honestly from the bottom of my heart am warning you. I have also met 2 other people since leaving Urban Software & Web Development that have had a very similar experience. In short, This company will take your money with a smile and produce you nothing short of a nightmare and all your dreams crushed.

They delivered an incredibly premium image stack and A+ Content for a new product launch. Honestly, I wasn't even that excited about the product until I saw what they created. The work feels fresh, contemporary, and elevated. It completely changed how I see the product entering the market. What impressed me most was how little direction I had to give. They have the creative taste and judgment to really push the work forward. Every detail, from typography and color to composition and even the AI photography, felt intentional and polished. The photography in particular looked like a high-end Photoshop shoot, not generic AI imagery. As a designer, I'm hard to impress, and Deka absolutely nailed it. I'd happily work with them again.

She took a thoughtful, strategic approach. She researched the category and competition carefully, asked good questions, and paid attention to the customer we were trying to reach. I also appreciated that the logo concept was not generic. She explored historical and anatomical references, which gave the identity a more distinctive and meaningful foundation.
Kitty has a strong eye for colour, proportion, and overall brand feel. She provided several design and colour directions, which made the process collaborative and helped me choose a direction with confidence. The final work included positioning, visual identity, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, and practical usage rules.
The deliverables were not just attractive they were useful. The brand guidelines gave us a clear framework for keeping the brand consistent across packaging, website pages, content, and future design work. In the natural health category, where trust and credibility matter, that consistency is important.
