This company seems to hold on some fake companies all over the world including one selling some fake product in France through a website called sauvage évasion. Companies hold only by AI, which means that if you buy something they send from China with mistakes then, there is only AI computer replying you that.... They can do nothing for you. In my case they basically send me a wrong and cheap product and even dare to tell me I should pay to send back their cheap product so that they can check and see what to do next... Which is definitely against the French law. So they don't even respect the local law where they try to sell products.

We were invited to quote for a project that we didn't have the capacity and resources to fulfil ourselves and therefore, went out to market to find a provider on behalf of the client. We spoke to 5-6 different full service agencies and Assisted stood head and shoulders above the rest. Kate was super helpful during the sales & scoping stage, helping us with many many different amendments, tweaks and patiently putting up with some delays and unforeseen circumstances. Once the project began, we had Lorna as our account manager and all round organisational superstar. Nothing goes unchecked, actions always provided, team coordinated, communications streamlined. Its just a super slick operation and when making the introduction to our client, we were confident that they were in good hands. The project has had a pretty extensive scope that is now being expanded even further, due to the great results. We've had great support from Sam, Danica, Tierney & Craig on the SEO, Content & Digital PR side. Super knowledgable, friendly and responsive. Coming up with really good ideas and always more than happy to chip in to help, even when things come up that are outside of their remit. Matt squared (Matt C & Matt B) have been smashing it on the paid media side, Google & Bing Ads particularly. Row is Assisted's LinkedIn superstar, running paid media and guiding us on organic for the platform. Nicks also been great, chipping into strategy and helping us coordinate the scope for the wider company. All this is great but it would just be fluff without results. Overall, Assisted have generated a pipeline of £59m over about 6 months for our client. A significant amount of which has already closed. The client is very happy with the progress and having not invested in digital marketing to this extent before, has been impressed with how quickly things have picked up. They've done all this while building great relationships, being super pleasant and reliable to work with throughout both as a company and as individuals. Its no wonder that the client is looking to have them 'assist' with two other branches of the business. Looking forward to working together even more in the future!

Despite the initial expectations and the invested funds, we did not see any improvement or any results that would correspond to the efforts and finances expended. This review comes with some caveats 1. This review relates specifically to Google & Meta ad campaigns. We didn't use their SEO or marketing services. 2. We’re a small (2 person), new business – less than 2 years 3. We’re a health business - may be a niche market that responds differently to other businesses 4. The rating relates to the actual results vs claimed results; tech team good, salesperson unrealistic expectations. We're a small business that's been struggling with Google ads for the last 2 years. We've worked with other third parties including Google's own "Ad Experts" without success - a lot of wasted time & money. I was sceptical when Purge approached us & rather cynical of their claims but decided to at least give them a go. The first few weeks of their Google ad campaign saw an increase in patient numbers, so it looked unexpectedly promising; after 3 weeks though numbers dropped back to what we’d been experiencing. 2 months in we did an analysis of new patients and discovered the surge was actually related to factors largely other than the Google ad campaign, specifically word-of-mouth, passing traffic & organic searches for us. Half the patients who booked through the campaign ad didn’t show up to their appointments. When the numbers dropped, we agreed to add a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign. Again, we were told how successful this had been generating leads for other businesses. We only ran this for 2 weeks with no genuine leads (all but 2 were accidental form submissions which we paid for). I can’t fault the implementation team for their work setting up the campaigns. We have enough experience ourselves now to recognise that, at least compared to the other agencies we’ve dealt with, they certainly seemed to know what they were doing. The issue came down to the over-enthusiastic claims of the salesperson who was promising results from something (Google) that they ultimately have no control over. We ended our relationship with Purge as it was costing us $3.40 to generate $1 of new business – unsustainable for us as a new business. I won’t say don’t try them; I would say monitor your results very closely and watch your ROI.
