I discovered Brave Exhibits during the height of Covid and they have been a game-changer. Unlike our previous vendor, they prioritize communication and support. When I reached out to Phil, the owner, he promptly answered the phone, which already stood out to me. I bombarded him with questions and to my surprise, he had answers on the spot for most of them. For the ones he didn't, he got back to me by the end of the day. From that point on, the team at Brave Exhibits never left me hanging. They understand the importance of immediate responses and have been there for me every step of the way. When it came time to choose a new booth for one of our new companies, they guided me through the process flawlessly. Even now, as we transition back to in-person events post Covid, their communication has never wavered. We were so impressed with their service that we decided to transfer our existing booth from our previous vendor to Brave Exhibits. They took care of everything, from shipping to setup, eliminating any worries on my end. Their professionalism is top-notch. I can't rave enough about this business and the ownership / leaders that you will work with. Trade show design and coordination seem to ALWAYS be a very stressful road to navigate BUT it was seriously smooth as could be having Brave Exhibits on our side. They helped us navigate every single detail - truly felt like an extension of our direct team. We used them for a full booth redesign (20 x 20) - the design was SUPERB. We also utilized them for full building and break-down of our booth to which they took care of everything, from the confusing paperwork to furniture layout - they literally made us look SO good. I really can't say enough great things about them - worth their weight in gold (and also priced so fairly for these types of services). If there were an Olympic gold medal for dedication, Joseph Yuhnke would win it without contest. On June 28, 2025, we faced every exhibitor’s worst nightmare at the Javits Center: six critically important boxes mislabelled and lost—vanished into the abyss of a bustling expo floor. After a frustrating, dead-end journey through multiple exhibitor services desks, I accidentally ran into Joseph near the loading docks at the end of Isle 2300. He was a miracle worker. He made it his personal mission to find those boxes. Side by side, he walked the aisles with me from booth 500 to 3100—up, down, again and again, refusing to give up. But that was just the beginning. He escalated the search by personally calling the warehouse team, the loading dock crew, and even the cold storage handlers—covering every possibility, every angle. Finally, through pure grit and unwavering determination, Joseph uncovered all six boxes, mislabelled and tucked away in a refrigerated container that no one else would’ve checked in time. He didn’t stop until they were found. He didn’t let us down. He turned what could have been a disaster into a success. A million thanks Mr. Yuhnke. You didn’t just help—you saved the day.

This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. They provided the worst support imaginable and charged an absurd amount of money for a booth that looked cheap and thrown together. Communication was completely unreliable — they didn’t inform us in time about extra space for banners or branding opportunities, which was a massive missed chance to improve our presence. Our samples were dumped at the booth on the last day of the exhibition, making them useless. When we raised issues, they failed to provide any adequate solutions or meaningful assistance. It was clear they just wanted to take our money and didn’t care about delivering results. Krystal Hunter’s team was particularly unprofessional and dismissive throughout the entire process. When a partner asked if I’d recommend them, I said “no way.” I’m honestly glad they lost us and at least one other client who had a 50k+ stand booked through them. I strongly suspect they’re paying kickbacks to the trade shows to maintain their monopoly — that’s the only reason they’re still around with service this terrible. If they keep going like this, I expect them to be out of business soon. Maybe wishful thinking, but it’s how I truly feel.

After giving my all to this business in terms of work ethic, skills, and labor I was ultimately terminated from my position without being given a reason. Love all the coworkers I made memories with, but this business has shown it would rather allow abuse and harassment to continue, which I have documented evidence of mind you, than to risk hiring someone that calls it out. Definitely deeply rooted in the leadership and if they hire you as a temp in the fleet department you will not be hired. There is a long history of temps being used by that specific department. The other departments may actually hire you and you may find the leadership to be functional, but the fleet department is completely dysfunction in terms of leadership.

One final thing, has to do with the cost of the services, for which I could say that Ben is a very honest personality and he would never take advantage out of a situation. There are a lot of companies and services out there, that leads their customers in some “muddy waters” where they can easily strike, Ben is not the one!!
