As part of the voluntary administration group for the Inspire Foundation, I have worked closely with Julie and the Custom D team in the setting up of the Foundation's online application process. The team have been amazing to work with, finding solutions for the step by step processes as we worked our way through the implementation of the online system. Starting from scratch, their ability to grasp our needs quickly and clearly most certainly went a huge way towards creating a seamless process from what was a daunting prospect in the beginning. Custom D, are world class software and database designers. they built a website with intranet and an online application system for our Foundation which allows the processing of hundreds of applications for grants whch can be viewed and assessed in real time by our selction panel. Ransomeware. They engage in unceasing harrassment só that you cannot even access YouTube. If you giveup and try to get the “free” app, you will find that the very low priveis good for only 3 days! Then they roll it over into A high monthly rate—the old “bait and switch” scam. This behavior is highlights immoral, if not illegal. I will be reporting this Company to AARP, who are constantly reporting such behavior to their 200 million subscibers.

Alliance Systems purchased the company that developed our website. We had an issue that the "customer service" person working to solve and promptly accused our company of not paying past due invoices. We proved the invoices were paid and their "Chief Experience Officer" sent us an email that their employees would not be harassed or bullied. I cannot recommend enough to avoid this company.

Oversight of our databases have always been a challenge. Finding the skillset to properly administer the systems is both difficult to find and high priced for a mid-sized organization. We reached out to Emergent to find out more about their virtual dba services. Their services sounded to be exactly what we needed. That was over 4 years ago. Since then we found Emergent to be a key partner in helping us in administration of our databases. Our systems are highly efficient, highly available and we feel secure knowing they are under the oversight of some amazingly skilled engineers.

In the USA, the YMCA stands for Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) as part of his education. However in India there is a specific institution called J.C. Bose University of Science and technology, YMCA which is formerly known as YMCA university of Science and technology ; located in Faridabad.) that university evolved from the original YMCA. I don't understand why he wouldn't be more clear when making that post to distinguish his credentialing. However, it's not a good look to make that post so confusing.

Using the design sprint methodology, and healthy doses of design thinking, humanistic perspectives, diversity, and pragmatism, they clearly have spent a great deal of effort honing a highly efficient development strategy that makes finding creative solutions a reliable science. It gave me a lot of ideas to bring back to my own projects and meetings! The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time! It was a unique experience and a great tool for solving even the most complex problems. I'm hoping to utilize it in my current role.
