Don't use these guys !! 160,000 for something left 80%. Basic bugs, basic things that should have been done for the amout i have paid. My Launch date i was abandoned by my product manager and main manager. Every different person was from different parts of the world so to get one thing done it took over a week each time.I recieve emails reporting issues with the platform and issues subscribing from customers everyday.No -one is helping me. Took 1.5 weeks to remove a sentence off the landing page which was deterring customers. i didnt want the sentance there in the first place. Many more issues. Save your time and money.

In record time, this fantastic company built a beautiful mobile app for a preservation project in Harlem, While We Are Still Here. Our SIGNS OF THE TIMES: Harlem Markers Project is a series of 25 plaques around the neighborhood, and the app that HUBSPIRE created is easy to use and gorgeous. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!
