We needed help with branding and marketing. We wanted to reinvent our brand and put forward a better image and representation of ourselves. We needed to create validated materials; print and web design. We were looking to build the right materials, as well as attract and retain more customers.They seem to be a step ahead of us, which is good. They are consistently giving me roadmaps showing the next deliverables, the order of work, and timeframes. It helps to know what is on the horizon, and it also ensures they deliver. From a management perspective, it has all been pretty clear.Although it is hard to say what our expectations were, they were blown out of the water. They were very good. Our project manager, Tetiana, was very efficient, even though there were certain language barriers. She created a project plan and managed deadlines and although there were some delays that were mainly from our side, we made our target launch date. Their team has been very responsive and accommodating to our requests. They used online communication and approval systems such as Slack which were very effective.
