So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Do not use this company if you are doing any type of work from home remote job. Everything is outsourced to companies outside of the US. Payroll, background checks, Human Resources, etc. Every part of this business is outsourced. The only people I have spoken with over the phone have been Indian and they will not give any clear information on any question you ask. I had to ask repeatedly for information on how to access MY OWN paycheck online. They refused to give me the login information or even tell me the website they use for paychecks and said that it would be sent on the day I am paid. They also are completely unorganized. I had to send my W2s from start AND end date, my first paycheck (both of these for EVERY single job on my resume) and they requested EVERY W2 from EVERY year for one job. I had to give my social security number, my birthday and my address to MULTIPLE different people. I got called over and over again for weeks asking for documents that “needed to be submitted for my background check in a timely manner and if I didn’t get these documents in on time I would be disqualified from my current offer,” even though I HAD submitted them, over and over again. AND just to add, I have never been to jail, I have never been arrested, I’ve never been in trouble ever in my life. I don’t even have a speeding ticket. This has been the most grueling hiring process I have ever had to go through in my entire life and if I didn’t need money to eat and survive I would leave now. I have never felt so unsafe sharing my personal information with a future employer. I have had to give so much of my personal information out to so many people over the phone and through email and for them to be like, “well we never received it,” or “could you just resend it again?,” and I am not being petty it wasn’t like once and twice it was 12 different documents, 7-8 different people PLUS the people I had to talk to on the phone. Then they sent me the payroll customer service number where I was greeted by someone outside the US asking for my personal information again. Then when I asked about my check and how I could access my hours or paystub they had no idea what I was talking about and HE said HE would transfer me to payroll and that happened again and again until I got ahold of someone who said “Yeah I can tell you how much your check will be” then proceeded to pull out a calculator (I COULD HEAR HIM TYPING ON IT as he’s asking me these questions) “what’s your hourly pay?” “How many hours did you work?” Like I can use a calculator buddy! Do they not have access to this information on a screen in front of them?? Who has my information???Like literally the absolute W O R S T company I have E V E R been employed by.

Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI was contacted by multiple recruiters from ACL Digital for job opportunities that initially sounded promising and aligned well with my background. After some discussion, I was asked to provide sensitive personal information, including my date of birth and the last four digits of my Social Security number, as well as to sign documents so they could submit my application to their clients.Unfortunately, after submitting everything, I never heard back from them, despite multiple follow-up attempts through different channels. The lack of communication and follow-through was both unprofessional and frustrating, especially after sharing personal information in good faith.I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this company. Transparency, accountability, and basic communication were all severely lacking in my experience.
