We are a real estate firm based on trust, precision, and professionalism values we assumed would be mirrored by the app development company we chose to work with. Nadcab Labs marketed themselves as a top-tier app development firm capable of handling real estate platforms. The reality was a disaster from the very beginning, and what followed was months of miscommunication, incompetence, and a complete lack of responsibility.The initial discussions were smooth and filled with promises. We outlined our vision clearly: a mobile application that would allow property listings, digital document signing, customer scheduling, and internal agent communication core features essential to our operational goals. Their team nodded enthusiastically and even suggested improvements we hadn't thought of. At that point, we genuinely believed we had found a technical partner, not just a vendor. We were wrong. Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.
