Used a fraudulent tracking number to "placeholder" a shipment, the tracking number was set to re-deliver to their address. The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...

Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why. They never reached out to me once until I called them up after I was past delivery time with not a single word.

vCloud Tech is a good solutions provider that has many offerings that I was able to choose from. vCloud Tech is well suited for solutions that require research and implementation for my organization. They provided my organization help in purchasing Cloud backup and other software. They took our information on what we needed and gave us solutions with great pricing.

We recently worked with Big Business Agency on our implementation project off Salesforce to HubSpot. They are a brilliant HubSpot partner and did a great job for us.The implementation project made best use of the HubSpot platform, bringing it to life, and making it work just the way we need it to for our business. From CRM setup to integrating tools, it's the behind-the-scenes insights and experience that turns a project like this into a huge success. Big Business Agency had great expertise, kept things fun, kept up momentum, all while patiently guiding us through the process. They paid attention to detail, tailored the platform to our needs, and exceeded our expectations. Although there were one or two minor hiccups, my partner handled them like a pro, finding creative solutions. If you're considering a HubSpot partner, I can highly recommend Big Business Agency without any hesitation

I can’t say enough good things about Palm Desert Greeks Computer Repair! After trying several other places with no luck, they were the only ones who could actually fix my computer. They were friendly, honest, and quick to get the job done. I’m so relieved to have my computer working again — highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable tech help!

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!
