When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

The app will notify and remind users to follow the routine. Admin will be able to manage everything performed on the platform from the Back-end Panel. In the beginning, Urban Software & Web Development would provide XD designs, and we had regular virtual meetings to understand my concepts/designs. We also operated off Monday.com, email, and Google docs/sheets. Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion. Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

I hired Urban Software & Web Development to develop a mobile app from start to finish. Urban Software will play music to your ears right from the start and promise you the world. They will also claim they have a full team in US along with a corporate office (that you'll initially meet in to go over your project) However, once you sign the contract and start developing, you'll soon realize that Mack is the only person in the company that is here in US, he also works from home while he farms all the work off shore to extremely unskilled so called developers. Mack is extremely good at making you feel like everything is going to plan, when in actual fact you are losing months and years of your life while flushing your money down the drain. I ended up legal with this company and had to take the code to an actual company here in US where I have spend an enormous amount of money to fix the horrible code. I was even told by the new company that the code is the absolute worst code they have ever seen. The list goes on but I'll leave it here for now. Please do yourself a favor and don't fall into Mack sales tactics. I honestly from the bottom of my heart am warning you. I have also met 2 other people since leaving Urban Software & Web Development that have had a very similar experience. In short, This company will take your money with a smile and produce you nothing short of a nightmare and all your dreams crushed.

In the beginning, we had 23 calls with the team to discuss our product, our target audience, and my thought process regarding what the video should look like. On the second call with Null Station, we discussed the team's thoughts and reviewed the work they had put together. We went through the pieces the team came up with, describing what would be suitable for the video. On our third call with Null Station, the team presented a script on paper stating the video's dialogues and how the story should be laid out. The team allowed me to make changes throughout the process. About ten days after we started the project, the script was confirmed, and Null Station produced the actual video. The video involved in-house voiceover, and the team hired a professional person to do it. Once the video was done, I could request a couple of changes. Null Station managed the video process from start to finish, including visualization and sound edition. We presented the video created by Null Station to around 40 people, including our team's executives and persons from our target audience. We could see how the audience's faces lit up when watching the video. Null Station's work was top-notch. I didn't request many changes to the final video because their work was excellent. Null Station's quality was fantastic. I am still working with them and would love to recommend them if anyone is looking for a reliable Animation service for there business. Funny enough I've worked with them on several advertising projects too they always come up with weird ideas that somehow become some of the successful campaigns for my company history haha.
