  I chose Jack and his team for my website design earlier on in 2023, I had all the designs ready and completed for him (I am a brand designer myself for 14 years).There were numerous missed meetings (once of my own accord) This was fine as I am not a difficult client - however, there was an agreed payment term of 3 payments, We had a video call to go over some things (things that had already been explained and sent for Jack but it seemed like he had forgotten or gone off track - again, I was ok about this but it started to seem a little odd)I stated on the call that I would probably send some money over next week if that was ok with him, as I was getting paid for a job so I would send it a bit earlier, he said of course, no worries. Almost immediately after this call ended Jack had emailed me asking if there was any chance I could pay today rather than next week, I did find this a bit odd as I had mentioned it would be possible only next week. (again, this money was not due, I only mentioned that I would shoot some more across) He then proceeded to email me about this daily (5/6am and close to midnight on a few occasions which maybe lines up with the claims that you are not even based in Leeds anymore but rather in a different country) I thought this seemed strange and almost desperate for some cash, which does not strike me as something a professional company with a flow of clients would do.I paid the money the following week as I had mentioned I would on the call. Following this, there was complete radio silence, almost 6 weeks without a reply to any email which was not acceptable. This left a bad taste in my mouth at the time and raised a big red flag but I was not expecting him to then stop responding to my emails. (he even stated on one email that he had made progress on the design and would show me when he received it) AVOID - See review on google.
