Gaurav and his team have done an excellent job over the first 6 months of this project to fix our SEO and PPC. When Attrock inherited it from another agency (who destroyed our traffic and left the back end of the site in a poor state), they immediately set to work and had fixed all the fundamentals within 2 months. For the most recent few months, they've been running our PPC campaigns, implementing 12 backlinks per month, and producing 15k words of new AEO/SEO optimised content as well. We now have 3x more organic traffic, 10x more referral traffic, and a steady stream of PPC leads that are of increasing quality as they optimise the campaigns further. The only downside, to give a balanced review, is that they are victims of their own success - the turnaround times have been a bit slower from time to time for certain tasks, but this now seems to have been fixed. Updates have been infrequent, and marketing calls have disrupted the process. Emails sent on 09/03/2025, 09/13/2025, 10/04/2025, and 10/06/2025 have gone unanswered. Conclusion Due to Zoeks lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss. I urge Zoek to take prompt action to resolve these issues by issuing a full refund and providing clear answers regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.
