Mark came highly recommended for his ability to cut through information, identify patterns, and present data in a way that tells a story. I briefed Mark on what I believed the data would show, and I left the rest to him. The report he produced was outstanding. The data was presented in a coherent, chronological order, with insightful charts, visually demonstrating each point that emerged through his analysis. This made key issues incredibly clear and undeniable. Mark suggested further data that would be useful and made other observations that were compelling. External case studies were referenced, and research was included that was beyond the realm of my brief.
