They organize some of the best tech talks in New York City. While I've never worked with or for them, the projects they've presented that are their own, including the shareable comprehensive Simpson's website, imply that their design thinking is as on point as their thought leadership events.

I first met Igor when I was looking for a designer for a website I needed to build for a client. (I build websites). Before him, I tried many other designers, but I never saw professional work like Igor did from anyone else.I fell in love with his clean, precise, professional style. A style that leaves no one indifferent.Igor also has an extraordinary personality.Patient, understanding, and thoughtful. In short, since then, in all my work, I have been using Igor's skills. For anyone whose business is important to him - I highly recommend contacting him.

Nancy Rubarth is the best Hairdresser I’ve ever had, she’s done my hair for over 18 years, I only wish that I was in California so I could get my hair done by her and hug my best friend!!This does not make me biased as she has over $150,000 worth of schooling in color, and corrections, in any sort of straightening treatment, and she really cares and is attentive with her clientsShe’s a color specialist, she’s amazing at what she does, and she loves what she does! And her passion is felt through her work. Not only that, but she’s the most kind hearted woman I think I’ve ever met!

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

Apadmi's ability to spin out technology as separate companies is remarkable. A strong supporter of Manchester tech ecosystem, they became unbeatable in mobile category during the first three years of northern tech awards before it adopted a new structure and ownership. Another remarkable achievement is that the four founders have remained together during all these years. I wish them all the best.
