I received a call from this company because I had no website, or a simple one, for my company. At first, I was suspicious, as all conversations took place over the phone. Later, and even during the contract signing, we spoke via Zoom.I ordered a one-pager with a domain and email address in January 2025 for a total of €4,400.According to the contract, half of the amount is to be paid upon signing the contract and the remainder approximately three months later—in my case, for example, in April. This is regardless of whether the website is ready by then or not.I was told that three months is easily enough for the website and that it will definitely be ready by the final invoice.Due to a few changes to the website design on our part and apparent personnel changes at HGD Media, everything was delayed somewhat. Now, the website has actually been finished for months, but we haven't heard anything from this company. We haven't received any responses or a date for going live, either by phone or email.We receive monthly invoices, which, according to the contract, are due for the web service for 36 months, which is fine. However, we don't even have a website yet and are supposed to pay €62 per month. Managing Director Mr. Heitmann doesn't respond to any emails or anything similar.I don't know where the good reviews come from, but I can't imagine there are no bad reviews.Since the company also does SEO, it's no problem for this company to downgrade the bad reviews.I can only advise everyone to be careful with the promises made by this company.
