My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company. I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste. Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical. I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

The team is personable. The visual design is professional. When the engagement was going smoothly, communication was responsive and the relationship was positive. That is the full extent of what I can recommend. $16,610 paid across a website build and eight-month SEO programme. When the structural failures emerged commercial content hidden from search engines from day one, a broken contact form for four months, core deliverables marked complete in their own system that had never been done the pattern became consistent and never changed. Friendly responses. Reassurance. Deferral. Not in scope. Next month. When I submitted a formal nine-section evidence package drawn from BRJ's own contracts and internal records, their response was to propose continuing the retainer at $995 per month to complete the outstanding contracted work. Every item in that proposal was already in the original contract. That proposal was their own written admission that eight months of billing had not delivered what was contracted. When I declined and requested a refund, their formal written response claimed the Scope of Work was fully executed. Their own internal documents list the same deliverables as outstanding in April 2026 that were marked complete throughout the engagement. Both documents are BRJ's. Both cannot be true. Not one specific failure was acknowledged. Not one item of evidence was addressed. Mistakes happen in every agency engagement. What defines an agency is what they do when mistakes are documented and presented. This agency's answer across every avenue, verbal and written was to engage with none of it. Before signing, ask specifically what accountability looks like when contracted work is not delivered. That answer matters more than anything in the sales process.

Gaurav and his team have done an excellent job over the first 6 months of this project to fix our SEO and PPC. When Attrock inherited it from another agency (who destroyed our traffic and left the back end of the site in a poor state), they immediately set to work and had fixed all the fundamentals within 2 months. For the most recent few months, they've been running our PPC campaigns, implementing 12 backlinks per month, and producing 15k words of new AEO/SEO optimised content as well. Unfortunately, my experience with Dot IT was disappointing, particularly regarding their after-sales service. Despite receiving a notification that our website was finished, over 70% of the basic functions for an online store were missing upon review. This was not the standard I expected from an experienced company, especially given the premium price we paid. While we worked together to address the feedback, I ended up contributing to the development process myself to expedite progress. After making the final paymenton the understanding that we would continue refining the website during the agreed three-month technical support periodI was met with limited follow-up on my comments. I provided organized feedback in a Google Doc, categorized as critical or normal, expecting proactive communication and updates. Instead, I had to engage in constant follow-ups, a process I only expect when working with freelancers, not professional agencies. This lack of initiative was frustrating, especially as I had communicated my prior negative experiences with freelancers and chose Dot IT for a seamless, professional service. Additionally, while we agreed to use the same server and hosting, the basic theme used was a surprise. I had anticipated more effort in redesigning the site, particularly as that was the primary reason for the contract.
