Working with Nadcab Labs has been the most disappointing and exhausting business experience we've encountered in the history of our company, Partner Commercial Reality. We are a real estate firm based on trust, precision, and professionalism values we assumed would be mirrored by the app development company we chose to work with. Nadcab Labs marketed themselves as a top-tier app development firm capable of handling real estate platforms. The reality was a disaster from the very beginning, and what followed was months of miscommunication, incompetence, and a complete lack of responsibility.The initial discussions were smooth and filled with promises. We outlined our vision clearly: a mobile application that would allow property listings, digital document signing, customer scheduling, and internal agent communication core features essential to our operational goals. Their team nodded enthusiastically and even suggested improvements we hadn't thought of. At that point, we genuinely believed we had found a technical partner, not just a vendor. We were wrong. Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.

They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100-pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope. After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish.Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect. They've also connected us to other parties that can help us.

We engaged TechHub (part of the AgileTech ecosystem) to supply a business analyst with 3-5 years of experience. Instead, we were provided with an intern who had not yet graduated at the time. The identification document presented to us were changed from 2003 to 2000 and the CV showed projects that the intern had never worked on. This resulted in a serious misrepresentation of both experience and identity. I strongly recommend that companies independently verify the qualifications, identity documents and employment history of any candidates supplied by TechHub or related entities. Given what we have experienced, I would also recommend independently verifying some of the other information and claims presented by the group, including their ISO certifications and the claim regarding having more than 200 developers in their website. I believe it would be prudent to confirm these directly with the relevant certification bodies and through appropriate supporting documentation.
