Null Station produced a 90-second 3d launch video, and the entire process took around 30 days. In the beginning, we had 23 calls with the team to discuss our product, our target audience, and my thought process regarding what the video should look like. On the second call with Null Station, we discussed the team's thoughts and reviewed the work they had put together. We went through the pieces the team came up with, describing what would be suitable for the video. On our third call with Null Station, the team presented a script on paper stating the video's dialogues and how the story should be laid out. The team allowed me to make changes throughout the process. About ten days after we started the project, the script was confirmed, and Null Station produced the actual video. The video involved in-house voiceover, and the team hired a professional person to do it. Once the video was done, I could request a couple of changes. Null Station managed the video process from start to finish, including visualization and sound edition. We presented the video created by Null Station to around 40 people, including our team's executives and persons from our target audience. We could see how the audience's faces lit up when watching the video. Null Station's work was top-notch. I didn't request many changes to the final video because their work was excellent. Null Station's quality was fantastic. I am still working with them and would love to recommend them if anyone is looking for a reliable Animation service for there business. Funny enough I've worked with them on several advertising projects too they always come up with weird ideas that somehow become some of the successful campaigns for my company history haha. Unfortunately, my experience with Dot IT was disappointing, particularly regarding their after-sales service. Despite receiving a notification that our website was finished, over 70% of the basic functions for an online store were missing upon review. This was not the standard I expected from an experienced company, especially given the premium price we paid. While we worked together to address the feedback, I ended up contributing to the development process myself to expedite progress. After making the final paymenton the understanding that we would continue refining the website during the agreed three-month technical support periodI was met with limited follow-up on my comments. I provided organized feedback in a Google Doc, categorized as critical or normal, expecting proactive communication and updates. Instead, I had to engage in constant follow-ups, a process I only expect when working with freelancers, not professional agencies. This lack of initiative was frustrating, especially as I had communicated my prior negative experiences with freelancers and chose Dot IT for a seamless, professional service. Additionally, while we agreed to use the same server and hosting, the basic theme used was a surprise. I had anticipated more effort in redesigning the site, particularly as that was the primary reason for the contract.
