Over two months later, I’ve received no deliverables, no active campaigns, and no response to multiple emails or phone calls. Missed key sales periods like Memorial Day without any explanation or action. I ultimately had to terminate the relationship and request a full refund. No Refund was processed.If you value your time and business momentum, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company overpromises and severely underdelivers.

We've been working with Joe and Mark for about 4 years now to handle our internet marketing. Before these guys, I had no website even though our family has been in business in Florida & New York for over 100 years. CC communications is an Ok isp here is what it hasPros:it's fastit's reliableit's affordableThis company has good speeds their consistantly what you paid for with little to no down time in the 5 years i've used them.and at 70$ for 150up and down that's a tough price to beat in the area i found my self inThis cons from this company are very specific and you should read this if you play online video games.the cons are that this isp seems to block a ton of peer to peer connection ports making quite a few games using p2p connections essentially useless and unplayable without a VPNand even them some games like DOTA2 don't work even with a VPN.the customer service is a joke when asking for an explanation or way to fix it they offered no real help and just said that's how it's going to be and even tried to imply it wasn't to do with their internet service, but after switching ISPs to Spectrumall those issues disappeared almost as if it was their service causing it. Even outside of games i've had several programs that connect to the internet to conduct actions on the program and with cccomms they would always cut out and think they've lost connection despite not losing connection in any other programbut once again after changing Isps my problems vanished. so be careful and make an informed descision
