      NEXA recently changed their platform blocking clients from entering specific times outside of a set schedule. Clients must submit an email of changes, wait for a response, send a reminder email and then find out at 3am that changes were not made correctly. I have now been awake since 3 am (unable to go back to sleep and no opportunity to nap during the day) because NEXA ceased client control of our own schedules and someone failed to do their job properly.when I requested a variation from their blocked times. Prior to this platform change, I would have recommended NEXA. Now, I recommend looking elsewhere.

      I contracted EBQ for BDR augmentation services for a period of three months, and the results were extremely disappointing. Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. It was clear from the start that they didn’t fully understand my organization, our business needs, or how to properly present us to potential leads.Instead of delivering on their commitment, they merely provided a list of cold calls that didn’t meet our business requirements at all. The leads were irrelevant, poorly targeted, and demonstrated a lack of research or effort. Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service.Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for real results.

      If only Zero or half stars was an option. First BC is NOT an insurance company, they’re the “manager or as they call themselves advocates” for in my case Aetna. BC claims to be patient advocates yet it appears that they don’t know the meaning of the word. They do not understand the plan(s), much less have they read the agreement with my employer and their customer service is substandard! They fumble around giving false, misleading or just wrong information, example advocate Missy or Misty. Sadly I’ve had to deal with BC as they manage my health care plan Aetna for over 27yrs. It appears their primary goal is to avoid and deny claims! To have a claim “reviewed” it takes an act of congress and a lot of phone calls. I was promised a head supervisors phone call within 72hrs thats well over 300 hrs ago, thankfully I didn’t hold my breath!! Sadly, I’m stuck with this three ring circus and clown show. Boon Chapman should be ashamed..
