I had a good experience developing an ecommerce website but a couple of months after completion the checkout stopped working. When I informed Vidhema they sent an invoice for fixing the issue despite me never having had an issue for the many years the website had existed before I worked with them. It also took the a week to tell me this despite saying they had already started work on it which resulted in another week of lost sales.
