Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

This company is definitely not an Equal Opportunity Employer! If I was able to rate this company Zero Stars I definitely would. To start off, they had me interview for a remote position based in customer service without even having a proper start date. When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer. After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer. When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?! It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense. I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living. I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance. Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

If I could, I would rate no stars at all. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Walking in and out of the front office without greeting you or asking if need help. Finally someone stopped and asked if I need help so I responded “yes, I applied online and wondering if there’s any jobs available”? The only thing she mentioned was “someone with be with you shortly”. 20 minutes later and no one is at the front desk. Also, while waiting and walking around the front office, I seen papers with potential employees information like Name, last name , SSN AND ROUTING NUMBER. How HIPPA would love to see this.

Most of these good reviews are fake. The employees are good but the managers are si mean. The employees go 7-10 hours without a break. I saw a 16 year old employee get yelled at for sitting down for 3 seconds. The employees are good but aren’t treated good, I used to work fir them but quit after 1 week. This is the worst job ever! Don’t apply unless you like being yelled at for every little thing. They don’t even let you eat for at least over 7 hours. Some supervisors don’t even let you take tips at some events. I could go on and on but it’s too much. Bottom line; TERRIBLE job.

I was promised a modest financial gesture to offset the hardship of leaving my job based on their word — that, too, has yet to be fulfilled. I’ve lost income, stability, and viable opportunities during this process, and I would not want any other professional to go through the same. Some individual staff members (like Theo and Abhishek) were communicative and made an effort, but the agency as a whole was disorganized, opaque, and unreliable. I strongly encourage others to vet this agency thoroughly before making any career decisions based on their offers. Your time, livelihood, and trust are too valuable. UPDATE: Since posting my original review, I’ve learned that my situation was unusual, and Vbeyond did work with me to get things moving. Some staff members, like Theo and Abhishek, were communicative and supportive, and I was able to negotiate a few things outside my original contract. In the end, I completed the assignment successfully, and I appreciate that they stuck with me through the process.

Spoke with a recruiter named sabana, set up a interview, recruiter told me they are willing to pay up to $22 so I asked for that , the company said they won’t pay that much, sabana higher up called me and said will I accept $20 with a sign on bonus, I agreed. And that was 3 weeks ago, I have not received an update after that.
