Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

To start off, they had me interview for a remote position based in customer service without even having a proper start date. When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer. After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer. When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?! It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense. I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living. I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance. Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

If I could, I would rate no stars at all. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Walking in and out of the front office without greeting you or asking if need help. Finally someone stopped and asked if I need help so I responded “yes, I applied online and wondering if there’s any jobs available”? The only thing she mentioned was “someone with be with you shortly”. 20 minutes later and no one is at the front desk. Most of these good reviews are fake. The employees are good but the managers are si mean. The employees go 7-10 hours without a break. I saw a 16 year old employee get yelled at for sitting down for 3 seconds. The employees are good but aren’t treated good, I used to work fir them but quit after 1 week. This is the worst job ever! Don’t apply unless you like being yelled at for every little thing. They don’t even let you eat for at least over 7 hours. Some supervisors don’t even let you take tips at some events. I could go on and on but it’s too much. Bottom line; TERRIBLE job.

This organization is a scam!! Every single email they send is unsolicited, has a position that does not match my skills or history and when I call the hiring company about the position denies (a) having the position at all, (b) having any position similar open for hire, (c) having any working relationship with AVA Consulting. Many of the "openings" are with companies based in a location I moved away from over 10 years ago. While the "openings" are always listing a city near my current location the client company usually states they don't have any offices in my state (or region). The "agents" of AVA always immediately hang up when I try to conference call with the client. The excuse for all of the inconsistencies in the postings, etc is that "these are general openings" and "the hiring coordinators [at the client companies] typically do not know about the specifics of the positions" These are data mining scams. Whether there is any legitimate work being done at AVA is unknown. But there is plenty of data mining scamming that is originating from them.

Incompetent interviewers. The worse interview I've had from inexperienced recruiters. I felt as though I was being interrogated in what was supposed to have been a mock interview session, so I was told by the interviewer Mike. Tatiana had a resting dead look on her face the entire time throughout the interview. No personality whatsoever or proper interviewing skills. Mike thought I was lying when I mentioned that the company I was interviewing for manufactured washer/dryers through Bosch. He immediately told Tatiana to go and research this information to determine if it was accurate, never mind the fact that I mentioned that one of Bosch's manufacturing plant is located in my hometown as well as the company that makes parts for them. I definitely know this to be true. Tatiana returned back with inaccurate information that the company sold its stock back to Bosch in the 90s. However, she lefted out the fact that the company still sells washer/dryers that is still manufactured through Bosch and the said company is a brand under the same umbrella as Bosch. Mike and Tatiana were rude and a compete waste of my time. I was well suited and over qualified for the entry level role for which I was interviewing. It was just unfortunate to have had been mishandled by inept, undiscerning recruiters. I decided to apply to the actual company directly. I don't recommend using this staffing agency.

I strongly encourage others to vet this agency thoroughly before making any career decisions based on their offers. Your time, livelihood, and trust are too valuable. UPDATE: Since posting my original review, I’ve learned that my situation was unusual, and Vbeyond did work with me to get things moving. Some staff members, like Theo and Abhishek, were communicative and supportive, and I was able to negotiate a few things outside my original contract. In the end, I completed the assignment successfully, and I appreciate that they stuck with me through the process.

Long overdue review but I worked with Sheri Sakin and my experience was subpar in comparison to other temp agencies in NYC. She was very pushy in trying to get me to leave my job for another job. Ultimately, I got hired under a temp to perm position, but the perm aspect never came after 11 months of working there with no bad reviews. There was very poor communication with me on that. There was never a check in to see how I was doing while in the job. I was placed in a toxic, prejudice, environment. After getting abruptly let go bc they "did not have the budget" to make me a full-time hire, Sheri sent me two other interviews and when those companies decided to hire internally, or just not get back to me, she blamed ME lol. Saying my confidence on the interviews wasn't there (untrue), andthen I wasn't sent anymore jobs. I am currently happily employed (this was a year ago) as a full-time hire by my own merit but it's been on my spirit to write an honest review about my experience with Solomon Page. Again, I have worked with other agencies and they were much more caring than this seemed. It's like once they drop you at a job there's no follow up to see if it's a good fit.

The recruiters were aggressive, questioned my extensive real estate experience and educational background, and talked over me during interviews. Some of the people who work there are racists, ageists and subscribe to cronyism. From Mitch the owner to the workers/assignment managers like Karen and Natalie. They are the worst. They don't care about their employees. They only care about their clients, period. I got injured on one of the jobs that they assigned me and these people suggested that I file for Medicaid and go to the hospital. No help or concern whatsoever. After that, I wasn't given any other assignments. I was told that there were no assignments available even though there were other employees who were getting two to three different assignments at a time - working from home,etc. If you are a minority, don't bother. If you get anything, it will be janitorial, regardless of whether you have a college degree or not. These people are horrible. Don't use them!!!

The people that work at this Staffing Agency are the most useless, prejudice and unprofessional bunch out there. They lie to you to get you to register with them by promising you a lot of jobs and then once you register with them, they tell you nothing is available. I spent 12 months reaching out to them for assignments to no avail. All I got were lies. Obviously, they use your information to get more business, by getting more employers to sign up with them. They only give the good assignments to very few cronies, that’s it. Their minority recruitment is almost nonexistent. They are horrible and prejudiced from the Director(Karen, including her associates Natalie and Cindy) on down. They are a waste of time. Look elsewhere.

Unprofessional. I was contacted by a woman named Avrl L. via text message regarding a position I applied for. She texted back LATE, which I thought was unusual, but I accepted meeting her on Teams the next morning. I took time out of my schedule, had the meeting, I thought it went well, she said she wanted to proceed with sending the company my resume, that she'd email me an application within 2 hours that I had to fill out "ASAP". I got nothing all day, I checked in, no response. She completely ghosted me. Why do people feel it's ok to waste applicants time like this?? Its cruel and heartless as some of us are truly looking for work. Don't like the candidate? Just say it, but dont give false hope and lie to our face, then blow us off. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My experience with Online Rewards has been deeply disappointing. I attempted to redeem a voucher and spent over 45 minutes trying to navigate a broken and confusing redemption process. Even after disabling Apple’s Private Relay, the system repeatedly failed. The process is neither user-friendly nor reliable. To make things worse, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I received a generic, useless reply—and shockingly, the support ticket was simply closed without any resolution. I had to reopen it myself. This is not just frustrating: it’s unacceptable. Online Rewards operates on behalf of Nielsen, and this experience reflects very poorly on both companies. When you invest time collecting points, you expect a seamless and fair redemption process—not wasted time, stress, and radio silence. Final verdict: Unusable system, no accountability, and zero respect for the user’s time. Avoid this platform unless you’re ready for frustration without support.

Attention employers, apartment managers, etc.: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. After saving up points for almost two years on my apartment's rewards program, shortly before I moved I cashed them in towards a $50 gift card. I made sure to redeem them before I left the property, as I knew it would be difficult, if not impossible, to collect afterwards. Ha! If only I knew the horrors that awaited me. Well, I waited and waited. After two weeks ( It's supposed to be only a 24-48 hour wait to receive your claim code), I called Online Rewards/Be Rewarded and was told that because I had moved I was not eligible to get my card, even though they sent me their form email notifying me my reward was forthcoming two days before I relocated. This fact made no difference to OR--They refused to take ownership of the situation and just blamed my former property for the whole fiasco. After several more weeks of increasingly frustrating phone calls to the leasing office and OR, I was finally given temporary access to my old account to resubmit my points, followed by the same old announcement that the reward was on its way. ANOTHER week goes by, and guess what--Nothing! Called Online Rewards YET AGAIN and had to resubmit my points a THIRD time. This time, success--I FINALLY got my redemption points after only SIX weeks of aggravation--for something I deserved and was rightfully owed. Do you want to put your clients, employees, or residents through this same ordeal? Of course you don't--So FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You've been warned.

I was contacted by one of Hire Better's recruiters for a position and after speaking with him, was asked to complete a personality profile and a writing sample so that I could be presented to his client. I never heard from him again and was contacted via email by an unknown person to send in a signed agreement. Again, crickets. Even though I may not have been a fit for the position, I think a simple follow-up email would have been appropriate. I sent personal information and communicated with the recruiter with the utmost of professionalism and respect. Trusting a stranger in the recruiting process is challenging enough without the additional sting of unreciprocated professionalism and respect.
