Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

This company is definitely not an Equal Opportunity Employer! If I was able to rate this company Zero Stars I definitely would. To start off, they had me interview for a remote position based in customer service without even having a proper start date. When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer. After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer. When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?! It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense. I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living. I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance. Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

I was let go from my senior software engineer position in April of 2022. Fortunately, the job market was hot at the time, and I was practically swarmed by recruiters on Linkedin. However, Marissa from Fabric Staffing was easily the best recruiter collaboration I experienced during my hunt. She recognized my specific skill set and gathered my interests and salary requirements. She then matched me with two companies that fit my profile very well -- one in a similar industry that I was already working in, and one that was a fascinating opportunity that I could adapt to. She was always down-to-earth but bright and understanding during the process, where many other recruiters were robotic or were coming off as super insincere. I felt like I could be direct with her and she'd be pragmatic and honest. She was able to ease any anxiety I had about being let go before interviewing, and I ultimately selected one of the two positions she approached me with. I've been happy with my placement since then. I definitely recommend using recruiters like Marissa if you'd like to fill your open positions with carefully selected people that are suited to your company's culture. And as a candidate, I'd definitely be happy to work with Marissa and Fabric Staffing again.

The recruiter I talked to (Rashmi Tarale) was just about to submit me for consideration in a job (AFTER having gone through my entire resume with me), then proceeds to ask me about how much experience I have in the field overall. I’ve lost income, stability, and viable opportunities during this process, and I would not want any other professional to go through the same. Some individual staff members (like Theo and Abhishek) were communicative and made an effort, but the agency as a whole was disorganized, opaque, and unreliable. I strongly encourage others to vet this agency thoroughly before making any career decisions based on their offers. Your time, livelihood, and trust are too valuable. UPDATE: Since posting my original review, I’ve learned that my situation was unusual, and Vbeyond did work with me to get things moving. Some staff members, like Theo and Abhishek, were communicative and supportive, and I was able to negotiate a few things outside my original contract. In the end, I completed the assignment successfully, and I appreciate that they stuck with me through the process.

I was contacted by one of Hire Better's recruiters for a position and after speaking with him, was asked to complete a personality profile and a writing sample so that I could be presented to his client. I never heard from him again and was contacted via email by an unknown person to send in a signed agreement. Again, crickets. Even though I may not have been a fit for the position, I think a simple follow-up email would have been appropriate. I sent personal information and communicated with the recruiter with the utmost of professionalism and respect. Trusting a stranger in the recruiting process is challenging enough without the additional sting of unreciprocated professionalism and respect.

I rarely write public reviews, but this must be said, for the sake of every property owner, of every entrepreneur, and intentional host who are building something real and who value integrity, clarity, and their time. I partnered with Extenteam based on what was promised to me during their sales calls: onboarding support, clear guidance, and a sense of partnership in growing my vacation rental business. I trusted them... but what I encountered was the complete opposite. After signing the contract and making payment, I was handed over to a process that lacked soul, clarity, or true support. The initial onboarding call was rushed, impersonal, and disconnected, despite the heavy complexity of their systems. No real listening or clarity at all. What was sold as high-level support felt more like being handed a manual and told: “Good luck.” When I raised concerns to their team, I was met not with solutions, but with an immediate termination of their services. The company canceled my contract unilaterally, without ever taking responsibility or accountability for the misalignment between their promises and their actual process. Whether you are a property owner, an entrepreneur, or a visionary, if you ever raise concerns to Extenteam, be 100% sure that they will kick you out immediately and terminate you unilaterally. They hate accountability. To future hosts considering this company: do not confuse their initial sales pitches with their real operations. Your business deserves better. Do not confuse their 5-star reviews here on Google reviews either: Sinan Inceer, the so-called Head of Tailwind Operations, is the employee who sent me the termination e-mail. Ironically, this same executive left a 5-star Google review for his own company. If that doesn’t scream “conflict of interest,” I don’t know what does. Aren’t reviews supposed to reflect real customer experiences, not internal praise from staff?
