My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered.Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output.When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve.Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

I ordered the DNC scrub they never delivered. I am still waiting for my refund. Ordered on a Saturday got an email stating " our offices are closed we will reopen bla bla bla" After a few days of hassle they decided to refund however so far the money did not show up in my credit card. I don't recommend doing business with this company.
