I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

We are an amateur astronomical organization which needed book scanning and document scanning to digitize records over a 50 year period from 1969 to 2009. We found Avantix on the Internet and contacted them for assistance. From day one, they were great to deal with, explaining their processes and quality assurance system, and giving us a detailed quote after we provided them with a sample of the various type of records. The job has now been finished to our complete satisfaction. The ability of Avantix to handle papers of varying sizes and to deal with staples is impressive. The names of all files and folders are exactly as we specified. We are impressed with the quality of the images from the scanning process, and the Adobe Catalogue facility, which allows searching an index on words and phrases across the entire body of digitized records, is nothing short of amazing. We also considered that the price we paid was very reasonable.

Had the extreme displeasure of wasting my time and money with these clowns. While interviewing for a state job, I was offered a very competitive salary. Two days before my start date I was informed by the HR manager Himanshu that the new offering would be$10,000 per year less.Not only did they expect me accept this ludicrous offer, they also made me pay for my own background checks. Now that there is no serious offer on the table, they don’t want to compensate me for the checks.I have made several offers to compromise, but I think that their idea of compromise is for me to smile and accept $10,000 less each year. I suggested a signing bonus to offset to difference. I offered a different salary. I offered to let them find a way to solve the problem, radio silence.This is a scam, or at the very least a bunch of lazy, inept individuals who have no concern for their employees.As a temp agency, they make money when we make money, so it’s supposed to be mutually beneficial. I’m glad I smelled this from a mile away, because if I’m having this much trouble now, what do I have to look forward to in the future? Paycheck problems, Tax evasion? Who knows? Crisis averted?

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment.It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...
