If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m based in London, found Chiraag on Fiverr, he had a great rating so asked him to do my website. It was so subpar that I’m baffled that how did he have so many good reviews (probably fake). The website has numerous broken links and overlapping elements. No matter how many times you ask him to change anything on the website, it takes him months and ends up mostly ignoring them. The work on the website began a year and half ago and is still ongoing. They promise the world but deliver nothing. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend these cowboys for any IT work. They come with a significant risk to your business especially opportunity costs.

I paid to have a flat fixed which was overpriced as is. And then my tire blew out the next day due to th3 incorrect fix. He put the wrong amount of tire pressure. So I paid for a new tire and a tire line. They said it would take two weeks to replace one tire. And then after two weeks they stopped answering the phone. I had to call the other shop to get ahold of someone. Just to find out it will take another eight days to change one tire. Probably the most unprofessional people I've ever met.

In particular a huge shoutout to Cat who handled all our correspondence and issues with great care and attention to detail. She made an otherwise challenging process so easy.
