The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion. I started working with Atmosol in 2017 when I needed to migrate 2 websites from Magneto to a SAS platform, Bigcommerce. I went with them because they were able to do some customizations that other companies either couldn't do or couldn't do at a reasonable price. I'm a small business and handle my websites for everything that comes with day to day operations. However, when there is something needs to be done that I can't do Atmosol does everything else. They have always gotten things done in a timely manor or ASAP if that's what was needed. I feel that they are fairly priced, I feel you can always find something cheaper, but what's the quality of work and the customer service behind the work. Honey is amazing and would recommend them.
