So, in order to get in their internship program, they asked the applicants to develop a complex task in 9 days. (task it's not for internship level applicants and definetely not for 9 days due time). Top management disconnected from people, if you are lucky enough to be a junior&work though the red tape you will gain some experience to move on, but it's better to join a small firm in order to learn more.
