Anchor Films brought passion and expertise that we didn't even know existed in film. We were a brand new company and we had so many questions. We were walked through the process of development, recording, lighting, sound, makeup artists, post recording storage, how to facilitate the sending of videos to our locations, and a thousand questions in between. Even months later, when we were struggling with a technical issue (that was not even about the videos), one of their team walked us through the process of fixing it.
