One thing that was very evident was they definitely over-delivered. Our expectations were pretty basic with how much we were paying. We basically shared our small ideas and they put priority and so much focus into this. While it seems simple like any great design, but the thoughts and work put into this we now realise is a lot. So when we saw the final product, we were blown away.

Chris partnered with Lauren in 2018 as co-founder and CFO. He has experience working for many social enterprises for many years, including being part of 1000 Startup Bali and Google’s design thinking workshops in Bali.
