UPDATE January 31st, 2023: We cannot believe the shamelessness of the response from this design firm. They have been given ample opportunity to respond to our review, to provide an amicable resolution, and to refund us for the services we never received. Instead, they have chosen to respond with lies and misinformation, which is completely unacceptable and unethical.We are currently working with our legal team to take appropriate action against the design firm for their blatant dishonesty, and for their failure to provide a satisfactory resolution to our issues. We urge any potential customers of this design firm to beware - they cannot be trusted to deliver upon their promises and will not respond appropriately to any concerns raised. They clearly cannot be trusted, why would we leave a one star a review for a company if we were completely satisfied? They are liars.I had a terrible experience working with Efir Media for the design of my company's website. The final product did not meet my expectations and did not align with my vision for the website. The firm's customer service was poor, and they consistently shifted the blame onto me, stating that I gave the green light to proceed, but the reason for that was that I was not presented with many options and always felt rushed to move to the next part of the process. The communication with the firm was lacking, I was not given the opportunity to express my concerns and provide feedback, leading to a final product that does not align with my expectations. Furthermore, I discovered that they were outsourcing the work to Upwork freelancers, which is unprofessional and violates the agreement we had with them. I wouldn't recommend this company to any American business owner who is looking to have a website redesign, or brand overhaul. "
