Very rude staff. I went to their office with my wife for her exit formalities and I was doing my office work at reception. A guy in the reception desk told me to shut down my laptop as I am not supposed to work on my own laptop. He told me that it's an office policy. If they treat guests like this, I wonder how they treat their employees. "

Don't be fooled by all the 5 stars. They are all from current employees who are trying to suck up to the boss.Esolz business model is to always stick a bug into your code so that you always end up calling them back to fix something supposedly "new". It took me few years to realise it because they are quite good on the first few weeks and progress is steady (to give the illusion of hope) but never ever give Esolz a long term project because it is guaranteed that the project will never arrive to full completion. I hired a new programer who explained to me that some of the bug left in the code are noway errors that could have been in good faith but rather cleverly engineered bugs.I am ashamed to have recommended Esolz in the past, not knowing their business model but 2 other companies who work with them came to the same conclusion recently. Years of investment have been wasted as a result.Esolz does not understand the value of integrity when it comes to long term collaboration. In that sense they are worst than a simple incompetent company. Avoid at all cost. "

I have been working 2+ years in Esolz , and it's the best place for a beginner to become an intermediate.Transparent management, very much like family, helpful seniors, PM is very motivational and supportive . Various ranges of projects are available . Beginners are welcome to apply new methodology .Some reviewers mark timing as negetive as too much work pressure or always overtime i think timing is same like all other companies ,because when deadline is short most of companies are same in timing and for work pressure its good to have it, otherwise surviving would be questionable on other companies also .Great performance bonus are also given to performer. Good increment for performer it varies up to 20 to 50 percent , 2 times increment in a year, puja bonus .Salary on time.But no CL-SL instead there is puja bonus , which is same as 24 days CL .It's just a best known place to build your base building block. "
