Having been the captain of my flag football team for several seasons now, you would be surprised to learn that I didn't watch or participate in any sports until I began attending college at The University of Texas at Arlington. What I once viewed as a form of fun exercise soon became my passion and favorite hobby. I found that I could be quite competitive when competing against other teams. More importantly, I found that I loved leading and motivating my friends and teammates throughout our games. This internal realization had a direct impact on my decision to switch majors from architecture to marketing and management, where I felt I truly belonged.

Throughout my school and work experience, I have honed my skills in guiding and motivating diverse groups toward achieving their goals. I firmly believe that a good leader understands the unique strengths and aspirations of each team member and strives to create an environment that encourages growth and development. After graduation, I strive to implement my strengths in leadership within the business marketing and management career sector.
